This weeks pick
This week I pick Grilled Teriyaki Mahi Mahi with Mango Salsa from our new cookbook - Weber's Big Book of Grilling - with Asian Cabbage Coleslaw from Moosewood Simple Suppers. In fact, I have already made this meal, but have been too lazy to post my review. I will do that in the very near future.

Did you use sake for this? Do you have some or did you buy it?
ReplyDeleteNo, I actually picked this after I had gone shopping, so I had to use what I already had on hand. I used a bit of vermouth and some rice wine vinegar instead. I'm sure white wine would be a fine substitution as well.
