Alright, I've been intrigued by this recipe since I got this book over a year ago. It sounds weird, but it could be delicious (or it could suck). I'm not sure how many cool days we have left that will allow such a heavy dish. . .so, I pick

I plan on using A LOT less cheddar than the recipe calls for!!
