Week Four Pick

Hey, I was going to pick that! :) I pick Navajo Stew. I haven't looked to see if I can find canned chipotles in adobo sauce. Let me know if it's a pain and I can switch it up!

  1. Canned chipotles in adobo are very easy to find. They should be in the canned beans/tomatoes aisle. Or if you have an "ethnic" aisle, they'll be with the Mexican ingredients. They are great, I can't believe you've never cooked with them before. Try them in chili or with roasted/mashed sweet potatoes. Nice smokey flavor. Since you only use a few with each recipe, just freeze the rest and chip out what you need in the future.
